  Was supposed to get a call back when my charger arrives so I can go and pick it up. Never got this call, and so my issue hasn't been resolved in over a year. Also, I'm getting a mail delivery failure for the email address listed on their website. That's embarrassing.

  The worst after sale.
  We barely used our Panasonic washing machine for a month and it stopped working after that. Error E30 started popping up as the door stopped locking. The problem was after that it took us a good month and half for techserve to answer us and come to take the machine.
  Nobody gave us any information why the machine is not working or how long it will need to be fixed.. after all calls and complaints they finally got us a temporary machine that is also not working! Now nobody is answering us regarding our machine nor the damaged temporary one!
  How could a company as big as Al futtaim have such terrible service provider

  Keep a lot of time on hand i left when the waiting period extended beyond my time allowance. Got the bush from amazon and fixed it up by myself.. all good with the Mixer now !! Definitely saved money and a lot of time.

  Went there for service my panasonic mixer grinder. They also for other brands. They staffs we very friendly and did the service quickly. Overall satisfied.
