  I got this water filter during 2020. The team is superb efficient and follow up pro actively for the replacement filter.
  
  The communication is seamless and better customer service.
  
  I would recommend anyone looking for water filter. The filter is so slim and doesn’t occupy the space.

  Very professional, highly responsive, quick and efficient service from all staff at No More Bottles. We had a hassle free experience and highly recommend their services, all for a great cause of dumping less plastic into our delicate environment. What more do you need! I am very happy with it, installation was very quick and they answer all your questions happily.

  I just got the under sink filter installed 2 days ago. First of all, I was deeply impressed by the super fast response when I contacted Ian Hannah and got an appointment confirmed. The installation person (sorry didn't catch his name, he was British I think) did arrive spot on time at 4.45PM, which is highly unusual in Dubai, he answered any question I asked and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had for a long time so all thumbs up! The installation took about 30 mins and I am very happy that I don't have to buy plastic bottles any more as I have started last year to become a very environmental friendly household. thanks again!
