  I love the store and product but unfortunately staff kind of rude. I always feel uncomfortable to approach them for any support. I know they get tired and work hard in this shop.but customer service need to be good always.

  Bought a double duvet cover only to discover it has one pillow case. Tried to return and was not told refund takes 15dys. Only after the refund was processed that's when I was told. Manager was very rude. Never again buying from there. Avoid avoid avoid.

  I love the store and products in it.
  Unfortunately, the staff are just so very unprofessional, with most so very obviously wishing they were somewhere else.
  I wanted a coffee before browsing (coffee is of course yummy) but there was nobody at the counter and had to ask other staff members about 3 times for someone to come and serve me. It finally happened.
  I also ordered a croissant with my coffee, was asked whether I wanted it warm, to which I said yes. When it arrived it wasn't warm so had to send it back. To my horror when it came back to me it was steaming, soggy and had an aftertaste of rancid butter - it's because the pastry was nuked in the microwave! Terrible. Any café or purveyors of pastries know full well that one never ever uses a microwave on pastries, but an oven to keep it nice and crisp and dry - not the soggy, steaming mess that ended up ony plate. I also fed this straight back to barista, but I'm posting this review so that Tchibo management also hopefully takes notice.
  So, I love this store, its coffee and the items in it for sale, but I strongly advise against ordering any of their pastries until they get a small oven to warm them up otherwise you are wasting your money.

  Great coffee, actually the logo that they used is one of a coffee bean so the coffee had to be really good to match the logo
