Amazing facilities for public use and a wonderfull view over Dubai Eye. 🎡 Restaurants, cafes, sweet shops, Info desk, Day2Day mini market and other popular shops.
For a minimum spent in any of the outlets the underground parking is free.
The walking area 🏃is a great place to enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful weather during winter months in Dubai.

Great vibe. Good places to eat,market stalls and shops. Big public car park which allows you 3 hours free if you spend money in one of the cafes. Great afternoon out.

There is lovely night life at the beach. Clothes, accessories, souvenirs can be bought here. Lots of delicacies are also available. You can just decide to sit and enjoy the weather. During the day, you can play beach sports. I enjoyed participating in dragon boating here.

Nice area to walk around in evening and dine. We did not go to the beach there. We visited from central Dubai by taking metro and tram. I recommend big chefs restaurant for price/quality. Great schnitzels. Lots of small shops and restaurants. Near the yacht marina which is also nice to visit.

Went to Celebrate Valentine's Day at this place. Started with a walk along the promenade. The weather was pleasant and there were lots of beautifully decorated kiosks and restaurants on either side of the work. Ample seating areas are also available along the strip. Proceeded to have dinner on the terrace of Cheesecake Factory and finished up with the Black Panther movie (opening night!) at Reel Cinemas. All in all the experience was absolutely indulgent and was the perfect romantic getaway we needed!

Amazing place to hangout and enjoy the modernity that Dubai's expats provide. Here you will experience multiculturalism in the best manner. Sit at the beach, enjoy the sun, have some sheesha, do shopping or eat fancy food, this place has all to offer and more.
It will be wise to note that almost everything over here is expensive. Some things might also be overpriced but that comes along with the place

Nice place to hang out, can get pretty crowded during the weekend or holidays. The sun bed and cabanas there are available to rent out. Go ahead and book early to ensure availability. Family and kid friendly area although make sure to keep an eye on the little ones as the water is easily accessible. A on water inflatable kids area is also on site which is pretty fun for the little ones.

It is best visited in winter time in Dubai November to February ..it has a long stretch of Restaurants, playground for kids and some carnival games. If you want to have some serious dates or just goofed out for the holidays. This is a nice place to be.

It's an awesome place to be at!!!!!! It's got something for everyone.. The food the restaurants the beach the view the fun activities and even shopping!! Extremely good for being with ur friends or family or even for a romantic night out with your loved ones! Highly recommended!

Great vibe and plenty to do. Shops, restaurants, beach (duh), fitness and splash pad/play area for kids. Really nice just for a walk, and free parking if you buy something and get your token validated. Highly recommended.

Nice place to spend a day. I was concerned about changing my wet clothes for dry ones, but at the entrance to the beach, you can find toilets, shower with hot water and everything you need. You can grab some food, have a cold drink and enjoy the sun. If you've had enough of the sun, taxis are always available.
If you come with your own car it's fine too. Plenty of parking spots available.
White sand, warm waters in October and even some small companies offering watersports. Say no more. At the time of my visit, only European people were at the beach.

The beach is lovely and clean. Sunbed hires available all way down the beach if u want shade. Water is warm which is also an added bonus.

We came with our car from Dubai Marina area and we've been very pleased, excellent beach with plenty of facilities starting from parking sports, showers, water entrance perfect for families with kids. would love to return there next opportunity

Great place to visit, its one of the Best Beaches in the world . If you have not been to there while our trip to Dubai you have missed some big thing. Go For it in the early morning between 5 to 6 AM.

I went there when the carnival was up so can't really say about the place itself much. As far as the carnival goes. I had a lot of fun over there, it being the main attraction of the day. The place around as much as I got to see seemed really nice. Will come again to expire around more. Plus the Marina beach next to it beautiful. The development on the peninsula on the horizon makes the beach look even better.

Awesome place. Nice view and live shows. Good family place, the only drawback if you are with family is poor availability of toilets. Only one out of 4 toilets were available, rest all under maintenance at the same time. Bad management and maintenance of toilets and urinals . Avaoid going to restrooms and you will love the place.

Fantastic view, if you just want to chill, have a tan, walk in the seashore,dine near the beach there are variety of restaurants to choose from! Amazing view of the sunset.

It's just amazing. I mean the place is incredibly chilled , fantastic atmosphere , great restaurants , an open market , Camel riding , beautiful beach , beach activities , just my favourite place in dubai to just chill out! And make sure to turn on your entertainer app! A lot of great deals at restaurants here ! And for those that don't have entertainer not to worry! They have the best lunch deals there! It may look posh but prices are damn affordable!

Probably one of the most popular places in Dubai for a full day of entertainment; excellent beach facilities, broad choice of restaurants and evening entertainment all within walking distance.
Traffic to and from JBR can be horrible as is parking although the new underground parking garage provides some relief at a cost however, AED 20/hour of which 3 hours will be waived if you get your token validated in a participating store or restaurant.

Love the beach. Great atmosphere. Good selection of restaurants. Clean. Plenty of baby changing areas and rest room. Always clean and ready for use. Beach is clean.
