No one will answer your phone; i have been trying to contact them since two days. Live chat is not activated. They did not accept credit card as a form of payment to top up the e-card. The in-house team is friendly.

Great fast service for completing documentation. Best time to visit is early morning by 8:30am as 11:30am gets crowded

Visited the Centre on Thurs 20 Sept 2018, took a token for Tawtheeq counter from token machine. Waited for our turn for almost 30mins as officer was serving other customers although he was not calling through the token system. When counter was free and we approached officer, he took the documents for closing tenancy agreement. By then it was 5pm however officer informed that he could not process our request as system was down. So time and effort wasted and went back disappointed. We don't know what is the actual process or is there any time during which Tasheel customers are to attend Centre, no attention paid to customer and no concern for customer satisfaction
