Lot of offices having parking facility inside neat and clean building

20 Floor building and 2 lifts are working since 5 months They are saving electric and wasting time of tenants and others.

An interesting place with Burj Khalifa view in front of it. It's located in Business Bay, the Bay Square area. You can enjoy several restaurants in its vicinity. There is Galitos restaurant for those who love chicken, Pizza Express for pizza lovers, Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and many other Western restaurants.

A very nice newly established business tower in Business Bay.
Lots of offices are still vacant and on shell and core , parking is an issue in that side of BB.response / report this review
