  Great workshop, amazing staff and reasonable rates. Very professional outfit.
  Had ordered red caliper brake covers for my Tesla Model 3 and couldn't have found a better place to install them than Star Auto. Spoke with Tanveer who asked me come during a non-busy time. The calipers were slightly different from standard parts but was a breeze for Maurice the technician who carefully figured out how to do the installations and did an amazing job. Thank you!

  Hands down to me this is the best car garage in Dubai, this was my first experience and definitely not the last.
  It starts from receiving quality welcome from Sajid and Devya to the great reception area, free coffee.
  Finally the prices are very reasonable and affordable.
  Well done team “Star Garage”

  AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS. One star is too much for them. Not recommended for accident repair. Extremely bad experience at this garage for accident repair. I took my Nissan Altima after a minor accident for repair, the front airbags were supposed to be replaced and i handed over the car to a representative called Waqas. While working on my car, the guys at the garage made a mistake that led to deploying the side airbags which came out of the sides and my interior roof got completely damaged (they were in perfect condition when i gave them the car). To fix their mistake, they made it worse by sending my car to a third party garage which I was unaware of, that garage was 10 times worse. They poorly fixed the side airbags and left the roof hanging loose. This reduced my car value significantly. I had to leave my car with them for almost 2 weeks when I was initially promised the job will take 3-4 days. When i received the car, my rear camera was not working and the blind spot warning also stopped working (all were working when i gave in the car). Extremely incompetent garage and very very very bad experience.

  Best experience for Garage service. First time customer, I just send them a wApps message about my car problem, immediate by same Early morning. I receive a call. And Before 12:00 pm, my car worries are SolvedThank you to Mr. Tanveer (excellent & professional car technician) and the Courteous ladies on the Reception desk.
  Because this garage define the word.CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Unfortunately I got a double puncture (don’t ask) and these guys sent one of there tire specialists to help within 30 minutes. Tires were taken off driven to the service centre, repaired and brought back within 45 minutes. Amazing service and expert engineers.🙏🏽
  
  Their customer waiting area has a PS5, what more can I say! Well cooled lounge area with coffee on tap. Chill while you wait for you car to be serviced by these pros.
