Takhlees location Beside Land Department great so any work at Land Department can be done without difficulty.
I had multiple issues and they were explained and addressed promptly. They treat everyone so well in my view.
I noticed people posting negative feedback but for me it was a great experience.response / report this review -

I was really agitated before going to Takhlees but find it was absolutely different. Most of time before going to any center we read reviews.
I find most of employees are helpful and kind, especially counter 8 and 9 in rental dispute section.response / report this review -

Call million times, nobody answers you! When you visit zero professionalism! Horrible I think.

The service in general is good, the people working there are very nice and helpful however there are a few points that need enhancing.
I usually like to get my personal work done before work starts in the morning so I make sure to start really early, this morning I got there at around 7:40 knowing Takhlees opens at 8:00 employees started coming in at 8:00, had a slow start, by 8:10 there were only 3-4 employees that had a slow start turning on their computers and getting ready, by the time my queue token number came up and it was the first token issued this morning it was around 8:15-8:20 and this is late when I have to be at work at around 9:00-9:30.
I usually ask a lot of questions because I feel the employees give a brief answer that doesn’t cover all the details necessary.response / report this review
