  Please avoid this please If you don’t want to live a nightmare. They commit on something and deliver something else. They have been late on delivering a visa and It cost me thousands of dirhams. Very bad service.

  Amazing experience. Super smooth process for Egypt visa application. Omnia from VisaHQ is super helpful and always available to help, such a great customer service experience she has. They have documents pick up and drop service so it was super convenient.

  One of the worst service I can get came from visa hq. They charged 300 AED for nothing. The man Mohamed Hosey was not clear of what documents are needed for UK visa. He gave me wrong list of documents. He did not upload my documents before booking my appointment at VFS global so ultimately I had to pay a penalty of 150 AED at VFS. He did not have me fight tickets for the visa process. He did not tell me that I have to carry application print out to VFS: overall I ended up paying 550 AED to VFS and 300 AED to visa hq yet could not get my visa because Mohamed did not fill my application correctly. I would go head to file a case against this company for sure

  I didn't have a good experience with visaHQ, I wanted to apply for a Belize tourist visa. Their website shows application form where you can upload your details and make payment for the same. I spoke to the customer service representative who also told me that the service is provided. When I went to their office, the representative told me that they don't process visa for Belize. If this service is not available, why is the application and payment still available in the portal? It's a waste of time and may be loss of money if I had applied online. Poor customer service

  Amazing experience. Super smooth process for Egypt visa application. I am an Indian passport holder residing in Dubai and two weeks before my trip realized I cannot do the e-visa. I found out about VisaHQ online and they seemed to have good reviews. I submitted all my documents on Monday and got my visa by Wednesday! They have documents pick up and drop service so it was super convenient. Julie was extremely supportive (calls/WhatsApp).

  Called them up for an info regarding the Saudi invitation letter. The phone dropped and the lady quickly called back. The info was very helpful and I really appreciate them ringing me back. Thank you!

  Never make the mistake of dealing with this company, they're fraud!
  I booked my visa for Hungary with them, after charging my card they tell me that their charges(which are 3 times more the visa fee) only include arranging documents and not the actual visa fee, I immediately requested for a refund which this lady named "Julie Cruz" confirmed, and now it's been over 30days and I've been following up almost on a daily basis without any resolution!! THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING THEM!

  Don't trust this company! My friend applied for VISA. We did not hear anything from them. We did not get a call back. We did not get an e-mail. They don't answer their phone. Don't waste your time and money.
