Best quality and 2 floors to chose from. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Delivery and assembly are prompt and smooth.
The have great exchange policy which is 1 year credit store and have fazaa discount for full price items too .And definitely thee is something to satisfy even the most sophisticated taste

Wide variety of furniture available and staff are always really friendly and helpful. Very large store over 2 foors. Quality of furniture is excellent and the store also offers a discount section where you can pick up a bargain

JAN was fantastic with customer service and nothing an trouble. The first Customer service person that served me was misinformed of the product and even suggested I go to another store. Thank goodness for JAN.

Terrible, terrible customer service!!!!
Bought a chandelier for 3,000 dhs.
They didn't have it in stock so we agreed they'd bring it in the store and I'd pick it up in 2 days.
They had a HUGE box for the chandelier even though it's supposed to be dismantled - this doesn't fit in my car.
Asked them why they didn't inform me of the size - no answer.
Asked them to arrange for a delivery to my home today, they said they need 5 days.
Called their head office to see if they can help, head office said there's no one available to take my call.
I'm absolutely speechless!
