  Everytime I have shopped here (and at any of their stores) I have experienced the same high-quality, exceptional customer service. I am a difficult shopper, as I'll take 20 - 45 minutes to look around and comp shop before (maybe) buying anything. The soft sell is epic here. One of the sales ladies helped me out, again, for at least 30 minutes, and when the only item they had meeting my gift-giving requirements had a small steam mark, she had it cleaned while I went for a coffee. It was perfect when I came back. Outstanding!
  
  On a side note, I'm astonished reading some of the other reviews from customers who whine about not being greeted in the store, complain that this store "doesn't serve black people", etc. As always, you get the service you deserve. Go into any store with a chip on your shoulder because of your skin color, and gripe because no one said "hi". guess what. You're a sad and lonely individual who will experience disappointment everywhere you go. It's you, not me, baby. Go shop elsewhere.

  Am so disappointed about the customer care plz tell us that they do not deal with black people.I have been to this store for a couple of times..there is a African lady called Joweria who usually attends to me but this month have been not finding her at the store but the ladies there they do not care..have worked into the store thrice this month and walked out without even a hi from the attendants..plz help us and atlst on every shift there is a black person to attend to us we blacks..thanks

  An exceptional lingerie and nightwear shop! They also have amazing swimwear that in my humble opinion should only be worn in special occasions. Their swimsuits are adorned with stones, and the fabric itself is haute couture material. That explains the ridiculous prices though. They also have a local brand of perfumes (Lovage) which is probably unlike anything that you have experienced before.
