Very convenient small mall for the community nearby, and beach visitors. Supermarket, pharmacy, clinics , restaurants , Cafe's. Kids play areas. And other services and shops. Clean and quiet. Nearby paid parking.

Good place for shopping and have enough place to visit. Cofee shops and restaurant like Beit en noor, pappa roti and wafi gaurmet. Bank like Emirates NBD is coming soon

Simple and convenient mall along Jumeirah beach road. I am happy that they have carrefour inside. A go to market in the area. They have new restaurants there now compared before. I am thinking what if they put a cinema also in the second floor or mini arcade area. Every weekends more local young guys staying there it might be a something new to offer to the goers.

The Sunset Mall on Jumeirah Road has impressive exterior. The glass elevation gives you a very attractive and eye-catching view of the mall.
It is huge mall and has the tendency to be one of the finest malls in that area. However, it is not densely populated with stores and attractions.
Usually we go to Sunset Mall to have some peaceful and pleasant time at our favorite Papparoti outlet.
We look forward to seeing more stores and eateries in the mall in future.response / report this review -

Small mall in Jumeirah. Not alot happening there. To be fair, most of the shops were not occupied. I guess they had just recently opened the mall. But the lack of functioning shops was disappointing.

Sunset Mall is set in a beautiful location facing a gorgeous stretch of beach with full sea views from some of the upper level restaurants. Despite this, the mall has failed to attract the right numbers and the majority of stores are now closed. I still visit The Fashion Vault for quirky arabic clothing and would recommend the Provedore restaurant on the second floor.

One word: Boring.
The main reason you'd wanna visit is if you have some kind of medical appointment in the many medical offices up on the 2nd floor, otherwise, nothing much to speak of here.
There's a juice bar downstairs(beesket) and a cafe(Papparoti), so if you need a quiet place to have a snack and do some work, those'll do.
Free outside parking only on the slots facing the mall - the ones facing the road are not.response / report this review -

A couple of nice stores but that's about it. This mall seems to have a 20% occupancy rate, and it’s been like this since forever! It shouldn’t be this difficult to get people to set up shop here. It’s located in a beautiful part of town and could easily be the life of the neighborhood but alas

Good location with complimentary basement parking provision.
(Beware the front service lane parking; is not free and attracts frequent fines watch out for sign boards for appropriate guidance.)
Reasonably spaced mall but limited options to shop and eat.
Has a good toddlers/kids play zone in one of the shops to make life easier for parents.response / report this review -

Not a busy place and not as many venues as you expect for the shopping center in Dubai however its clean, simple and beautiful with a lot of sunlight that make it really exceptional from other shopping malls.

The mall is well located and the building is very light and bright. Close the the beach. I very much like to visit. However the lack of the main shops and facilities makes very difficult for people to go there. SO nice to visit once but dont expect too much.

I really like this mall. It's quiet and has a nice feel to it. I loved Spill the Bean coffee here but unfortunately it's closed down. Now it's all Provodore and their amazing views of the beach.

Still as good as I mentioned earlier. Great food at Provodore and there are nice one-off boutiques not your usual run of the mill chain stores. It caters a lot to locals. Very pleasant and chilled out.

Ample parking for free. Not too busy during week. Not too many stores. For me it is very convenient as I am going there just for one particular shop. Stress-free. If you want you can have a tea or coffee at one of the coffees with sea view.

Location in near kite beach is very good.
Very bright mall.
Unfortunately currently the few shops, cafes, restaurants that were open have mostly closed.
Small gourmet supermarket opened and closed after a few months only.
Only a handful of people in the mall on weekend.
One small play center for small children.
Provedore Italian Restaurant and Bakery still open.
Not worth visiting the mall until they revamp and bring some cafes, restaurants, supermarket, retail outlets.response / report this review -

Avery quiet mall with mainly non brand small shops.location is fantastic and has residential block so it is bad luck that mall doesn't have better assortment of stores. I like restaurants upstairs for a quick lunch or coffee/tea with friends if in the area. Parking always available :)
