  Do not book this tour!
  Very disorganised
  Poor quality.
  Food - can’t even touch such poor quality food and some of it was spoiled food!
  
  We started from hotel - picked up by a nicely spoken driver. He wasn’t informed where to go and he kept getting different locations to drop us off all through the journey. First stop - just an awful shop. Then we headed off to the desert and the same story continued. Driver didn’t know where to take us and he kept getting different locations every 5 min.
  Then we finally get to a place and wait standing in the desert for 30-35min. Sun unfortunately set in front of our eyes by the time we were picked up by a land cruiser.
  10 min exciting journey through the dunes.
  We arrive at the camp which was reasonable but should have arrived there at least 40min before for good sunset view.
  The camp and the entertainment was reasonable, not good, but food - not even worth taking in to a spoon.
  
  Please enquire around for lots of different tours and even if they cost a little more book some other quality tours.

  Don’t buy the fake positive reviews. The most unprofessional people you will ever deal with. The driver didn’t know where to go and was lost for over an hour. We had to take the GPS from him and direct him to get to the camp. Brought us to camp after sunset for a sunset safari which totally ruins the experience. Half the things promised on their website were extra add ons at the camp. We didn’t pay them 60% for the horrible experience and they LEFT US IN THE DESERT. The driver literally left. Fortunately the manager of the camp realized this was unacceptable and forced the driver to take us back. Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews, this is the worst safari company that exists in Dubai.

  Great Service. Professionals were on time. Package handling and packing was really good. Post delivery installation was good as well. really helpful in planning and organising everything. Highly recommended.

  Very well organized and managed. Best private and luxury desert safari experience in Dubai private reserves. The staff are excellent and very professional. Health and safety measures are amazing.
