  Worst services. They are inexperienced in handling groups bookings. Makes mistakes and blame on clientel besides no coordination. They will pass the phone to so many to assist you and end of the day, they will not. Don't ever use this. Encounter twice this situation

  Tour was really good but unhappy with our overall experience. My wife left her purse at the desert and we informed them right after we left, although they found it right away, it was still at the desert until next day. As a courtesy I bought extra ticket for my daughter who is less than 3 years old (bcoz we had 3 daughters and all were under 3, they asked us to purchase and I didn't argue as I thought it as a courtesy). I was expecting the same courtesy for them to deliver to me as I don't have a car and have my flight today. But they refused to do so.

  THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!’ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS AGENCY EVER! I WAS TOLD MY TICKET WAS RESERVED AND NOW I AM IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND THEY REFUSE TO EVEN ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS!! I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED EVERY NUMBER POSSIBLE AND THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO PICK MY CALL UP SOMEONE KEEPS HANGING UP ON ME SAYING “WE ARE CLOSED I AM BUSY” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
