Love the cakes, 4 stars because of their delivery service. Their line is always busy on the occasional days but if you e-mail them with a complaint, they call you back, and they take care of you!

Very disappointing experience with Sugarmoo. Never again..I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake 10days in advanced with request for nut free ingredients. 1day before her birthday, Sugarmoo called to inform that they will replace the emoji fondant with edible stickers coz the fondant has nuts..when they delivered the cake, they stuck some printed and cut out paper emojis on a 2-tier cake. These are NOT EDIBLE at all. So disappointing is an understatement. There was no other decoration on the cake but the emoji cut out papers. In the end, they reduced a minimal fee of 115AED from an over priced cake worth over a thousand dirhams.more so, I don’t know what food colouring they added in the cake but it left all the kids with blue mouth.. in an attempt to recover the failed service, the customer service representative promised to send pastries to us but even that failed. They did not deliver. They called after 2days but all the damaged was done. This is not the kind of cake shop you would trust with any celebration. Never again!

Tried almost everything on their menu. Two thumbs up. Will always be back for some more. Keep up the good work. Red Velvet Oreo crunch cake and the truffles are a must try.

Best cake you can find around the city. Vegan cake option is available also but you will need to order a head. Healthy sweets bites are available.

I always choose SugarMoo when I need desserts for a party. A customized cake for the kids and one of their everyday cakes for the adults! Try to the Nutella Choco Banana or the Cinnamon Twist Carrot Cake! No need to pick up, they'll deliver straight to your door so it really is the tastiest and most convenient dessert bakery! (All home made!)

Decent, not a amazing as some would claim, but not bad either! They lack being original like some other places. They managed to find the same concepts and remake them in their own form. Would be nice if they tried making a one of a kind to really stand out and people know "Hey! that is from SugarMoo!" Maybe consider adding brownies to the menu? some ice cream based desert?

Best desserts in Dubai! Love their wide selection of desserts and my favorite is the Pistachio Rosewater Baklava Cheesecake! Love their packaging too!!
