This place is horrible!! I was planning a family vacation but after seeing responses to the negative reviews. I will not! You should treat your customers with respect whether they are good or bad!! I definitely won't be going here. This business is a disgrace!! (Ps. I really hope you start taking criticism like you care about customers)

Fantastic birthday party.

Thank you so much for such a lovely experience for our daughters birthday party. She and her friends had an amazing time and still can't believe they met 'a real life mermaid' (she played it extremely well and was really good with the children).

Thank you for your help and support and for making it such an easy and stress free experience. We will definitely be recommending you to all our friends for future parties.

Thank you once again for a superb service and for being so professional and fir the aaaamazubg cake, it turned out better than the picture!

Wonderful place for birthday parties 🥳!! We have attended, and hosted birthdays here, as well as just visited (paid for entry). Parents as well as young children thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Justyn was our party coordinator, supported by one other member of staff. They did a fantastic job to help us with everything from setting up, decorating, arranging the birthday 🎂 and 🎵 , all the way to placing in the 🎁 in our car.

I highly recommend birthday parties here. They really go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy and spend QUALITY time with your children and guests, by taking care of everything else in the background which was highly appreciated.

Fantastic place for kids and parents alike. Ankle deep pools, slides, a giant water bucket that splashes every few minutes. Food, ice cream the works. Figure out a good plan first to get your kids out before you take them in 😊

Small neighbourhood waterpark (if there is such a thing). An enjoyable place for young kids and due to its size, parents can keep vigilance without interference. Lifeguards are also stationed around the splash areas and keep a constant monitor of all children to ensure no misbehaviour takes place.

Splash n party is a great place if you’ve got little ones. It is very well set up and the staff are excellent, with attentive lifeguards and all areas watched at all times. My 2 had a great time, and are already itching to go back. Highly recommended

Very good place to go with your toddlers. The depth of the pool water in the baby area is safe. There is a bigger section for toddlers. Staff is friendly and there is shows for your kids. They won’t get bored for sure !

The best waterpark ever for kids price is very reasonable. Instead of paying expensive for other waterpark where kids actually are not allowed to use most of the games. Suitable for 9 month tiĺl 10 years old kids with parents

This has become an over commercialised venue turning kids in and out like a conveyor belt. Children are not allowed to swim for more than 1hr in a partyBy the time you get into the venue, get the kids changedit leaves them with 45mins max.
Needs more heart and soul and to allow the children more playtime In between parties especially when the venue is not busy.

A fabulous Indoor Water park for the kids. Well maintained and friendly staffs who really takes care of the children on the slides and on all areas of the Pool. Their EID AL ADHA Party 2017 was splendid with good entertainment. Cheers Team and keep the Splashing going 😁😁😎

This place is awesome. Definitely a gem in Dubai for toddlers and young kids. we went in the heat of the day, summer time, +40c, but Splash Party had shade, water flowing, and outdoor AC blowing our way. We had a great time. Staff is super friendly. The lifeguards were helping me keep the young one entertained.

I don't think it's fair those who've given less than five stars because this place doesn't cater to older teens. Rate it for what it is, not what it isn't. All the other water parks are made for older folks, so finally we find one geared to the young ones -- celebrate it.

👍🏼Congrats to Splan n Party on executing this awesome venue. I'm considering getting an annual pass.

Nice water play area , My son ( 4.5 years) enjoyed it so much with his friend , I think its limited for older kids , it can be alot of fun also for younger kids and babies . They serve good food and drinks , they have a store also where can buy anything you might need for swimming. They have different themes for birthdays and you can enter as walk in as well and pay for the day.

Amazing place. Staff were very kind and the slides are okay. Rules are fairly lenient meaning you can do so much more than just slide on your bum down the slides. You could go face first, backwards and more! The food is fantastic! Again, the staff were amazing! Although I would recommend Wild Wadi as well, due to the more slides. The only downside to this water park was the price. But nonetheless, we had an amazing experience!
