Beautiful collections and patterns. Perfectly stitched just the way I wanted it to be and it came out pretty well. Friendly staff and constantly updates us on when and how it would be recieved . Highly recommended!!

Would definitely recommend.. highly professional and good tailoring.even if I was not able to go to shop to give my measurements due to my personal issuesthey did a fabulous job on tailoringand without any due they delivered the same within 24 hrs.ver good customer service

I will never go back there.
Elegant fashion store which recently moved to Khalidiya Mall from Al Falah street..
The designer is very talented.
But as I experienced ,no guarantee for the the time frame to finish work.
I have lost dressing material that my wife gave them for stitching .
As they moved to new well maintained shop in Khalidiya Mall , they misplaced six dress she have given them for stitching.
Had to run behind them since last month to trace it out ,as they were searching for it.
I might have gone to that shop for five or six time just to follow up as I didn't get any call back.
At last got a confirmation that the item is missed and agreed for pay back.
The funny thing is the authority didn't even say sorry for that.
Even the pay back also got delayed with out a notification.
Multiple calls and visitnever to this place again.
My friend who gave material there ( thank god its not missed) got it stitched , but was not as advised to do.
He also had to make multiple trip to the shop as he didn't get any update calls.response / report this review -

They have absolutely no idea to work out the design that the customer has in his mind. The place is just alright to buy dresses that they have stocked in their shelves. Discord between management and tailors would definitely reflect on your expensive materials. Would not recommend this place if you want to tailor something unique.
