  2 times tried to arrange a pick-up for my sofa. 1st attempt they did not show up. I followed up if they are still coming but they told me they had issues with their truck. Next attempt again no show. Did not even bother anymore to follow up. How can you run a business like that?

  Guys did a great job refurbishing our cushions. Perfect fit and has made the sofa like new again. Would highly recommend this company for upholstery work.

  Best service I've had for anything in my 14 years in Dubai. Syed responded immediately to my whatsapp query and visited my home with samples. He turned up exactly on time as did the collection/ delivery team. Good quality fabric and perfect restoration. 5 star service!

  it was best choice to deal with Resallah Upholstery team.. they did really a great job beyond our expectations in transforming our sofa set to the new design ..
  I would like to thank Fahad and his team for thier advices and proffissional finishing and their pacience while accomidating our changes.
  We are going to consider their services for new jobs soon.

  Really good service, we need a seat removed from a L couch to save space. It's unnoticeable where the seat was taken out. Pick up was one day after I called and dropped back in 4 days.

  Shockingly bad customer service, ruined my sofa set by changing the look of it and then promised to send a person to replace the buttons but never showed up or responded to calls. Please be careful when dealing with this company. It is the same as Risala Furniture which is their previous name.
