Good location!! Close to metro and fully occupied office building. The only draw back is the access road to the area and the huge traffic during office hours

Great place for setting up an office for business. A little inconvenience in walking though since there is construction going on everywhere.

This office tower is in a walkable distance from Business bay metro station .

Business tower with plenty of parking space. Security stuff is very friendly and are always happy to assist visitors with enquiries including a parking spot. Thank you for your great assistance. The ground floor has a very good super market where you can get a very tasty Karak tea and a bite.
