Dr. Stuart is excellent!! He’s been treating my daughter for allergies and asthma for years. The only doctor I fully trust. Gives you full information and takes the time to explain things properly. Highly recommended.

One of the best medical institutions I’ve been to. Dr. Stuart Carr is absolutely amazing, so patient and understanding. Angel the assisting nurse always so easy to talk to and very comfortable to be with. The receptionist (not sure of her name) always smiling and so pleasant to deal with. They are all so professional and really make the patient feel at ease. Excellent service all around!!! Thank you for always being so efficient Snö Allergy centre 🤗

I called 8-10 times roughly, no voice mail answers informing about the working hours. No one returned to my calls the following day, so I called up again next day. Also no one answered! It was almost noon time. After couple tries one lady called back excusing all lines are busy!! Anyways then I booked a week in advance. It's my 1st time to the clinic, so I don't know villa location exactly, there is no even What's business service to share location with patients from there! So, I was 10-15 minutes behind, when I almost reached, I called up asking for villa no. the phone attendant answered with regretful unpleasant tone I'm not on time and its no. 2 villa and to stay on hold to ask doctor if he can welcome me! I was on hold no seconds when she returned (still surprised how quickly it was!). So, 10-15 mins. late ended up cancelling my appointment. From my experience with doctors, a doctor can keep patient waiting an hour or so for "emergency" or "an important meeting" or even "a sudden leave", but in my case it seems not interested. Cancelling appointment entirely? Why? At least protocol to ask late patients if they are willing to wait since others will be on time, at least show some flexibility and sympathy, no individual will book a Doctor appointment just to have fun or enjoy time! Patients are coming to get a cure not to have fun. So, if someone is late that doesn't mean they aren't sick! I would like to thank them for saving me from submitting the Insurance claim as they are cash only clinic.
If there is 0.5 star, I would have picked it for one thing for confirming appointment in text message, but sad that rating doesn't exist.response / report this review -

Reception/Call Center Representative is very accommodating and pleasant to speak to at all times, very professional. Good Customer Service.
