  gym is well equipped but trainers are not helpful except one (aqeel) but his shift is in morning. if you are beginner not well aware of proper exercises and handling equipment better dont join as you will not get any help from trainers.

  Price is the cheapest, I was searching for all muscle gym near Al Wahdah mall and this is the cheapest. Clean restroom, clean atmosphere. One thing needs improvement is the air conditioning, it is too cold. When you sweat, in 2mins your sweat will be like a cold water poured over your shirt. I hope they will add squat rack and calf machine in the future.
