  I love this gym! The owner, Medo, is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. No matter what your fitness goals are, he will personally help you reach them. The gym is not gender segregated, and I really enjoy the people I meet. Don't waste your money on the big commercial gyms when you can get a better value at Go Fitness.
