  While it was fast to set up a new business, ultimately this entities policies is very unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. Half way through our tenancy contract, I was informed that we were to vacate the office because the actual landlord wants the spaces back. This seriously interfered with our operations. We were forced to vacate and to make things worse, we were waiting for our money to be refunded it took months to get a cheque from them. The cheque ultimately bounced and now being sent to to the police to open a file.
  
  What type of business takes your money, then kicks you out and doesn't return the money in a timely fashion? Is this a criminal type of behaviour or a lawful practice because I'm not sure of the difference. For a small business, such disruptions to operations and withholding of funds can be crippling. My advise, stay away from this place and if rent directly from a landlord who owns the premises.
