  It seems that is a common attitude in this company as per other reviews , it was the worst experience, take care even if they gave you better price than the market they will cover it from Seth else

  One of their agents called Vijeesh is big liar. Very rude and arrogant. Highly recommend to avoid this company at all cost.

  They do not cherish their commitments.
  
  Their agent Sudheer promised me to arrange a parking from the landlord along with the rent. After signing all the papers and paying all the fees (including the agency charges), I was left without a parking. When I tried to pursue this matter with Sudheer, he stopped answering my calls.
  
  I complained to Sudheer manager, Abdallah Majzoub who entertained my first 2 calls and promised to investigate and revert back to me. He never called me back and I was unable to contact him again.
  
  It seems that this agency survives by lying to its customers.

  I had a first hand experience with this company and I highly DON'T recommend them. None of the paper work gets done by them & I ended up having to call the landlord and meet him personally to speed things up and finish signing the contract. Mistakes and miss ups is a daily occurrence with them. Their agents are inexperienced & have no clue about the basics of issuing tawtheq documents (which I ended up issuing by my own). Struggle was daily and tiresome.
  I have in the past dealt with numerous other companies & I know that this company falls so short when compared to others.
  I highly advise you to think twice before dealing with this company.
