  DO NOT USE FOR TOURIST VISA EXTENSION. Renewed my daughters visa for 3 months to only be hit with a fine for over 2,000dhs at the airport for overstay which means they never logged it with immigration. They took my money and did not deliver the service they were suppose to. I never got a refund or compensated for the fine or the amount I paid for the 3 month extension.

  I have been dealing with Sky King Travel to arrange visas for my family members since they were recommended to me over 3 years ago. They have fantastic customer service, responding immediately and issuing visas very fast. They navigate continually changing immigration requirements to completely remove the headache of applying for a visa. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff will go out of their way to make sure visas can be issued in time, despite very tight deadlines or issues with payments through online transfers. In particular, travel consultant Kristine is amazing. She has consistently exceeded my expectation through her excellent track record in our dealings over the years. I highly recommend Sky King Travel and have the the utmost confidence that any travel or visa requirements will be met with courteous, prompt and efficent service.

  I got assisted by Kristine two years ago and got my Dubai visa really quick and easy. She booked our sightseeing tours around Dubai without any hassle for us. She also assisted my friend's Dubai visa last November 2019 and I have recommended their services to anyone I know who is going to Dubai. Will be using their services again next time I'm visiting Dubai.

  Very poor service! You cannot rely on them! Their agent doesnt response to calls and even requests!!! Our staff was stocked at the airport which is supposedly to be A to A.. what should be the meaning of A to A for this agency??? Too much disappointed.

  I have used your service a few months back and it was really good. I proactively told my friends I know a very good travel agency, Skyking. We all live in Al Barsha but since it's difficult to trust any agency, me and my friends went to Satwa to book the Oman Exit Package. When we arrive at your office nobody talked to us and we head back out and nobody dared to ask what we need. I told my friends they are probably busy. So that very night I called you and managed to book two friends to Oman. I told them that they will enjoy Buraimi because the hotel is good (Buraimi Hotel). The girls will be in nice villas with a bathroom and kitchen. I told them that it's quite fast because the travel agency will pick up from Dubai all the way to Oman.
  
  Then everything went wrong. They were checked in in this really small hotel and two of them were separated from the other group. They were sleeping in the hall instead of a room. People are coming in and out and the door was never locked. The visa came fast which is good but we found out that there's no bus on weekends and my friends had to stay in that dreaded hotel for 3 more days. Ridiculous if you ask me. The final day came and when they arrived at Alain border at 18:00, they had to wait for the bus transfer and as of writing they are still waiting there. WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE! I don't understand and I don't know what happened to Skyking, but I think I will never use your service again.
  
  In dubai there's no customer service and you guys will probably just shrug this off. If I don't receive a reply from you I will make sure that I will make bad reviews about your company. People are paying you money so you should do your job. I know most filipinos are trying to find a job that's why they are using this cheap service but that's not a reason to NOT CARE.
  
  I DID RECEIVE A REPLY FROM SKYKING AND IT'S UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY TALK TO CUSTOMERS. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY AND ACCUSING US OF LYING. NEVER AGAIN!
