  I sent them an enquiry for a trip to Egypt, received a quote after 2 days, after that i have been trying to reach them for almost 4 days got no response either on emails or on call, their toll free no. Is pathetic

  I have called thousand times on their provided number, either no one will answer or if someone answers they will just give me another number to call where in no one will answer. Very unprofessional! Staffs there don't know how to assist customers!
