Extremely unprofessional staff. They got only 2 hair stylists who do other treatments as well. So in the end, it is overbooking customers and as a result poor treatments done in a hurry. Never ever will i get hair color done from this salon as they dpnt know how to pick colours and if the colour does not turn out good, they will blame the customer for choosing it. Be careful with their coupon scheme. They do not honor the prices written on the coupons and will try to make more money out of you. If you make a complaint for anything, be ready to hear shouting screaming at you from the staff and dont expect they will resolve your problem. The top management does not give any care for your complain so dont expect anything positive put of it.
