Rude staff rude management
Awful service. Terrible experience . Never ever ever get your lashes done here ! Nails are okay. The manager - charged me for removal of lashes even though the woman stuck them all together and they even acknowledged that it was a terrible job . No refund given! It was possibly the worst experience I have ever had. No apology and they acted as though I was inconveniencing them! She was nearly shouting at me and I will never step foot in the place again !!

I’m usually very loyal to Sisters Salon - visiting them for various services at their various branches, and at all times, I’ve enjoyed the service I have received.

However, I’m very unhappy with the acrylic extensions I was given on Monday. The service by Van was fine, but I’m not happy with the materials used for my nails. It has only been four days, and I’ve already had two nails break - one of them broke while simply putting on a blazer.

I had to superglue my nail back on to temporarily fix the nail before going to another salon to get my acrylic nails repaired, and I was told that the rest of my acrylic nails I had gotten at Sisters Salon were too fragile as they were used with plastic. I’m starting to understand just how fragile if I can’t even put on a blazer.

I’ve gotten acrylic nail extensions for years and never have I had them this fragile. I love Sisters but I won’t be getting my acrylic nails here again.

Despite the fact that I moved houses and I live relatively far from Dubai Mall now, till this day I frequently visit Sisters branch in Dubai Mall due to the excellent service I receive there.
Kalpana, who I consistently return to for waxing, is a great professional. Her attention to detail, very friendly attitude and work experience, make me feel at home at every visit.
Fari - whom I trust with my nails, has always positive attitude and I truly trust her recommendations - she's not afraid to use her knowledge to recommend certain directions - Fari guided me many times in terms of what treatment my nails need and what kind of manicure I should go for.
I have a strong belief that every time I visit, I am in safe hands.
The salon itself is modern, clean and is equipped with good facilities. I can enjoy my favorite cup of green tea while my nails are being done. I have visited 4 different Sisters branches so far and despite of the consistency of service provided, Dubai Mall branch is still my favorite, probably because of the staff factor.

Awful hairdresser service!!! Today i went for french cut only, showed the photo that i wanted exactly. Turned out completely mess up, and i really got upset. I cannot believe how such a nice salon has that bad hairdresser. Will never do my hair again! No matter how many times they apologise or whatever the haircut experience was terrible. Not recommended at all for hair.

I personally have tried all nail and beauty salons across Dubai and worldwide and I have to say, Sisters Beauty Lounge’s range of services, quality of service and atmosphere are the best! It is a one-stop place where you can get everything from tip to toe done! You feel relaxed, pampered and taken care of! The staff is professional and super well trained. The dubai mall branch is beautiful!!!

The staff were nice. However, I am extremely unhappy with how my hair turned out. I was going for a hair trim to get rid of the dead ends, but was told "hair trim" is only for a straight line cut, which won't do well for my layers so I decided to go for a "hair cut". I ended up with a dull straight cut.
All I asked for, was to get rid of the dead ends and follow my actual hair nothing complicated nor hard to achieve.
Also, I don't understand how they cut hair without putting an apron over you! I came out with hair all over me.
I expected much more from a place that charges 245AED for a cut. Now I have to spend more money to get my haircut fixed and have it cut shorter.

I had keratine treatment. The lady that had my hair done was amazing. She knew what she was doing and she was very friendly and understanding. However they charge a lot on simple services. Overpriced.
