  Having spent years in this field, design and operation flow of the spa which are at the heart of a guest experience is instrumental in the success of a project.

  I have personally known the founder and owner of Shenkha Spa Consultants for a number of years. I have witnessed and experienced first hand her company's approach and delivery to spa design and redesign from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable hands-on entrepreneur who understands the spa industry from both the customer side as well as the operational side.
