the nurse who attended me is very warm and caring.
they will really show that they care for you. and for medicine approval is very accommodating. they do the best to be fast and listening for any question regarding rejection. the filipina staff is approachable and her colleague, and to pharmacy when they give me my medicine the pharmacist explain good.

HNY 2019!! to Team Prime -King faisal, Sharjah. Its almost a Decade that Our family is using services of Prime Medical. Doctors/Services are excellent (5 Star if not 7 Star).
I would especially Name , Dr. Mohd. Saeed(Orthopedic surgeon) as fantastic & Good Human Being. Dr. Qaid ( E.N.T) / Mr.Khalid ( Administrator) are exceptionally understandable and take care about the patient with due diligence.
Last but not least Ms. Deepa Chandran, ( Head of Physiotherapy) is feather not only to Sharjah Branch but to the entire Prime Group. Her Presence of mind and Humbleness is worth applauding.

God bless all . Expecting continuation of great work with more innovation of services for future in order to continue Leadership through quality.

Extremely bad expeince . I have been there almost amonth back they have told well call u back once we got the approaval . From the 1st nov still waiting . I keep calling them every day same answer "we will get back to you " very poor and i will never recomend it to any one .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I went their because my daughter have very hard caughf
I meet with Dr arshad
he checked her and give a lot medicine now more than 3 days and my daughter still the same condition no feel better and no sleeping at all

Very poor, unprofessional and pathetic service. i had to follow-up with them for my physiotherapy session multiple times. firstly no one called me to confirm my physiotherapy timing. after repeated calls i was transferred to the physio dept multiple times but no one answered the calls, and each time i was told " Someone will call u back", but no one called. when i tried raising a complaint no one returned the call again.
personally I would not recommend any of my friends to go there. never even got my reports from them and might have to do the same check-up and x-rays elsewhere.

Dr. Are good but system and specially pharmacy system is worst. And unprofessional approach on insurance counter of pharmacy. Lazy people wit useless attitude. Again system is worst if you are in emergency surely you will suffer. To get all things done.

It was the worst experience ever I have had in UAE. Doctors were so rude and didnt explain well to me my issue because they have no time and rushing things like car racing. I would seriously recommend my Emirati friends to NEVER visit the place. also one more point to be mentioned when I go to cardio or children docs , the examination rooms have no privacy for the patient inside. any one in corridor can open the door and starts talking to the doctor like you never there. also doctors landlines keep ringing so bad. someone asking of his time to get to the clinic was knocking on the door like so bad also. then opened the doors two times and entered to the room while I was being examined by the doc. A place where none is respecting others doest deserve to be recommended.

I want to complain dr sucheta in radiology. Shes not respecting everyones time. She always comes late and made the patient wait for more than an hour. I had an appointment at 9 but she came like almost 10 am. Once she came she will chit chat first and talk to the phone. She will roam around in the corridor and the nurse will keep looking for her. All her patients were taken late to their appointment. Shes very unprofessional. She doesnt want to talk and always in a hurry. I know shes the director in the branch but i hope you will make some action or i wll complain further. Not a very good experience.

Very clean and specious clinic. I got immediate approval of insurance and met with Orthopedic specialist with in a short time. I got assistance for wheel chair as I had very hard back pain.
I got scan report and medicine at normal span of time.
I got physiotherapy Doctor appointment for this week and treatment is going on.
Dr. Shabreen is great at work. She has very good understanding and experience about treatment. In my first visit I was not able to walk but after three sessions I am walking on my foot. All thanks to Dr.shabreen. She has good idea to explain the core exercise recommendation for healthy back.
Valet parking available at basement and children’s play area at 2nd floor. Two elevators are in sling for clinic patients.
