  The service is good, although there are very friendly staff, there are others that NOT so much which they do not have, not a little patience and much less teaching attention to the public, and ABOVE ALL A PUBLIC THAT PAYS FOR THEIR SERVICES AND WHO WANTS A Quality TREATMENT, and a lot of money is paid for me to come to humiliate you and less appreciate you for being Latin and speaking little English, we all deserve a fair treatment according to how we are treating!
  After I passed my exam, they recommended that I should take driving classes, knowing that I had 2 driver's licenses, 1 from my native country and another from the United States, they send me to do driving classes, ok, which I hire a school and assign me to an instructor of the worst that there can be as a woman and as an instructor she humiliated me, beat me up and yelled at me in Arabic and English, when she knew that I am a Venezuelan Latina, I speak little English but I understand it, Arabic I only know the greeting, She is a bad woman, which I do not recommend as an instructor, since she can handle it ok the fact that here you have other rules, other rules I study them, and there are ways in which your being able to communicate with a student I pay her enough so that she comes to humiliate you and shouting and handcuffing, I was 2 weeks late to present the exam with the traffic policeman because one of my documents was lost at the school office, I called to find out what was happening and I had to go with a copy, immediately afterwards they did not give me , I assumed that d And there they are sent to the office where I was going to take the exam with the traffic police, and when the message that I should go to present arrives I go to the office directly to present, because when I get there they tell me where are my documents, I had to go back to look for the documents at the school, missing my turn for the test, I apologize but they have communication failures it is not possible that because I am from another country they treated me with what they wanted. Please, I recommend sending them to customer service courses and above all, you should attend better if we are paying your salary!
