Went there for passport renewal. Appreciate cooperative staff, which took care of the whole process from beginning till completion. Not rushy, payment for passport can be done through debit/credit card only. Just a nominal center processing fee is paid in cash. Before visit check for timings to avoid any inconvenience.

I tried to call a lot of time to consulate Sharjah. No buddy picked up call. They are sleeping always. Once you have any other kind of work then they send to Dubai consulate. I just want to say that.if they can't work properly then why government opened consulate in Sharjah. It should close permanently or they should work properly. Thank you.

I wanna renew my passport. I call many time for few weeks no body bother to pick and when I went there they said system for online passport renewal has some trouble and did not even give me a specific date when the system will restore. Really disspaointed at the way the went about their business.

Took almost 2 hours till my turn
My token number was 15 and when I arrived approximately 8 people were there.
Service is not to the Mark. Also passport renewal fee hike. Paid DHS 295 for Normal for a period of 5 years and Also paid DHS 15 for pictures (6 number).
