Somehow I found animals more interactive here. Even Cheetas & Leopard were moving about bit more interesting than other zoos. Even the snakes were more active which I've never seen. Kids can feed goats & ducks & horses. There is a little botanic garden with unripe grapes hanging. Will go there again for sure
This excellent facility houses over 100 species displayed in safe, spacious and natural surroundings. The center demonstrates the diversity of the fauna found in the peninsula and creates awareness of the species, pants which have, and are, becoming extinct.Finale takes you past the baboons, wolves, hyena, cheetah and the rare and captivating Arabian leopard
Perfect place to take the family with young ones. Lots to see and do, from petting goats to seeing scorpions, leopards & gazelle. The centre focuses primarily on Arabian Peninsula Wildlife so take note no Lions or Elephants here! The animals are well looked after and the enclosures are very well maintained. Can get busy on a Friday afternoon and Saturday. Closes at 6pm and not open on Tuesdays.
If you want to acknowledge your children you should have to take them to Sharjah Desert Park. This is the most entertaining place for kids but for adults there is also an entry fee that is AED 15/- The park is made in different portions. Each portion has different kind of things to learn. Different kind of pets and wild animals. Even it has also a museum of plants.
Nice calm and quite place where family can enjoy. I feel it's very comfortable for families who is having kids. Not much distance to walk around but well organized.
Nice place to keep visiting again and again to feel the nature and having experience of small wild life and natural beauty. Good place to take kids to enjoy.
Wonderful place for kids and even for the family to spend the evening. It's just not about spending time on entertainment rather it's also about learning.
A good place to take your school kids. We liked the museums and the mini zoo. We also liked the way things are displayed -- it was as if you were in a real laboratory.. But we cannot take a lot of photos as it is restricted. Although, if i may suggest, they should keep a good cafeteria which offers good lunch or at least snacks. But if you love picnics, then it is ok to just bring your own food.
Sharjah desert park comprises of a botanical garden , a museum , children's farm and a Arabian wildlife zoo. It's a best weekend destination with your kids they'll njoy this experience with farm friendly animals where they can feed them and have fun. Arabian wildlife zoo comprises of birds , reptiles , night animals like Fox and wild cats and the best part is its an fully air conditioned enclosure which helps us to be relaxed and enjoy to the fullest .
An excellent destination for young minds. Needs to add activities to make it more engaging

Calm and quiet Excellent place for kids and families Cheetah, Fox,snakes birds. Kids will enjoy the place
It's good park for family outing, there are lots of animals to see.. kids will enjoy lot for sure.
A place of attraction for kids. There is a very good cafetaria inside the park. Wild animals like Cheetah, Hyena, Wolf and various types of snakes are in exhibition. Cameras are not allowed inside the park but mobile phones are allowed. It will take good 2-3 hrs to tour the entire park.
Great place for kids and airconditioned enviornment is a bonus..
took my family there on Eid, enjoyed very much, especially my children when looking at the animals there. Big place with much to look around. Always take out enough time to visit this place, as its big and lot to see inside.
Good place to visit. But all presentations are not maintained properly. They are charging 15 Dhs for entry.
Extremely good value (15 dhs for adults) and very good enclosures. Animals are well cared for and seem happy.
Very good place. The kids and adults could interact with the farm animals. It's fun. The wildlife sanctuary is amazing. Very nice for people who loved animals.
Another little-known wonder in emirate of Sharjah. Home to an indoor zoo (Arabia's Wildlife Center) with amazing facilities & sanctuary for flamingos, botanical garden, natural history museum, breeding center for endangered animals and children's farm. A must-visit for families with children as they'll love this place very much.
Great place for a fun filled family day. The complex has natural history museum, islamic botanical garden, Arabian wildlife centre and children's farm. Very interesting and amazing exhibits. Must visit place.
A nice day out. The Children's Zoo and the Botanical Garden were small but still worth the visit. The Arabian Wildlife Centre was the best followed by the Natural History Museum components. A nice afternoon out.
Very nice "zoo". It has petting section as well as wildlife history and animal sections.. It's not as the common zoo we know as its restricted to the breeds that found in this part of the world, so don't expect to see lions or giraffes. Very good for educational trips and well organized
Awesome place for kids. the thing i like about this place as compared to other zoo is that most of the animals are quite nearer, and kids enjoy it. Rather you are pointing to animal very far to your kid. Few tuck shops also there. Clean toilets. In 15dh tkt you can see zoo, bird place, Islamic botanical garden and heritage museum.
