  Love this lounge! As soon as I came in they knew my name. The staff are really professional. Helpful and service minded.
  This is their Business and First Class lounge but because Qatar usually operates smaller aircrafts to and from Dubai, the aircraft configuration usually only comes in Economy and First, especially in the A320.

  This airport lounge is just horrible. We arrived earlier at the Dubai airport and taking a connecting flight to Doha. But the lounge just refuse to let us use the facility until 3 hours before flight time. The reception was extremely unfriendly. This is really unheard of. First time taking Qatar airways and heard great things about the airline but it was a real disappointment. Never again my family and I will ever take this unfriendly airline. Instead we have to use our priority pass and have no trouble at all accessing to the lounge.
