Cant imagine that it took me 90min to buy a simcard here. I asked The seller to sell me a simcard that I can use internet for 3 days. He sold me a simcard at 50aed and I couldnt use 3g. He said 50 is for simcard, if you want to use 3g, you have to pay 30aed. If he had told me that it would take me 80aed to use 3g for 3 days and 90min to activate a simcard, i would had never bought. As if I were cheated

Best time to do electronic shopping is afternoon as showroom is not crowded and you get best attention from sales executive and I got it.

The reason why I have given this place 4 stars is because everything is cheap here!
The place may not be so modern and the communication may also not be so good but you can get all sorts of various devices at a low cost.
I recently got an IPhone XR at a reasonable price as this place gives offer during occasions and there seemed to be a problem in the price written on the display as the barcode was showing something else.
Despite that issue I managed to get it at a low cost and the device works great!
But this place still needs to improve its communication system and customer service.

Pathetic !!!! They sell you fake insurances for electrical stuff and you have to keep coming back to them for claim and hear lame excuses. Also they show less rates on their website to attract and you see way higher rates when you get there. Not recommended at all.

Not much variety, not great offers, limited stocks.
People helping you there to buy a product don't have complete knowledge themselves.
Place is clumsy and not much space for movement if it's crowded.
Location is great, but stuff is usually chinese and third grade quality.

Great sales staff explain you all details. After sales is some thing lacking I bought a phone and asked to visit another outlet to transfer my data and all the did was to download an app !!! This can be the service at the first store

Very Pathetic Service ,all the staff are not supporting , and customer care lady is worst, they don't know how to deal with customer.
No Co-operation at all, never go there.
