Service market is really a one stop website where you can find all the services you need. There are a lot of options and it is easy to book. I have been using service market for 2 years now whether it is for household necessity or other things, it’s been really a very helpful page.

The cleaner assigned to me was very polite, trust worthy and professional. I left her the house for a couple of hours and came back completely surprised at how good of a job she did. Definitely using this service again

Great service. Very quick booking and follow up. Arranged a moving company and cleaning company ,literally in minutes. Customer care called me and confirm the details. Was very happy with the ease of use and being hassle free. Would recommend 100%. Great service!

Site seemed user friendly. I requested quotes for pool maintenance. I didn’t hear anything for 2 days, so I called & was assured by the phone agent that I would get a call in the next 24 hours. It has now been over 2 weeks & I’m still waiting on them to contact me. Overall, they are not a worth while business. Only time wasters. They have a lot of kinks to work out before this type of business is going to make sense in this city. I will for sure Never Ever contact them again.

Very user friendly website experience and an end-to-end solution all the way up until the issuance of your policy. A couple of areas of improvement. For some reason, during "checkout" I was asked about my car even though I was buying home insurance. Also, I suggest including a more detailed explanation of the terms of the home insurance coverage on the website. A lot of the times, very technical, industry-specific jargon is used that maybe not everyone is familiar with.

Recently We used Service market for Shifting within Dubai. Received quotations and calls from Movers and packer very quickly and then they did survey and gave their final quotations.

I tried the moving service from service market. I was contacted by Naveed Ali Transport and Packing. They came and did a free survey to provide and exact qoutation, which I thought is very professional.
We agreed on the time and date where they showed on thr agree time with enough men anf material to do the job correctly.
Very happy with the service and definitely will use them again soon.

I gave this company a couple of chances after the horrible cleaning service I received. They told me they would give me 2 hours of free cleaning if I were to use them again. I responded back to them through email on Monday and again today (Wednesday) since they didn’t respond they clearly do not care about keeping their customers happy. I will be booking another company to clean my house tomorrow. Most of the company’s they sourced out to me, we lazy and cut corners. One even complains my vacuum was too heavy to clean with. She used her own and told me everything was clean, I then vacuumed a small portion with mine, showing her, hers didn’t pick up anything. She still argued with me and told me it was clean. Do not waste your time with servicemarket. They get lazy maids and don’t back up those service.

The quality of service you'll get is totally dependent of the company they'll book for you. I hired 2 different companies from servicemarket for lightning fixture installation, and the first company was the worst company ever which couldn't manage to install 6 fixtures in 6 hours, and the second company, which came to finish the job the first company couldn't finish, was a very good one. So be aware of that situation and ask for a company which is capable of doing the job before booking.

Such a great service! Within 15 minutes I had 3 quotes for moving and the rates were exceptionally competitive and the vendors were all professional. This has taken so much hassle out of my already busy life and moving process.

Excellent site, and service. Service Market sent me details of international relocation companies minutes after my filling in our relocation requirements, with more companies each day. Chose one of their shortlisted, based on their professionalism, reviews on SM site, and price. Saved 3k against another quote the wife had got. Pays to shop around, especially on great site like this one!

Bought Home Insurance and some service work (Paint) via ServiceMarket and I am very satisfied by both.
For Home Insurance, the price of the policy was extremely competitive and I saved over 50% on my current insurance.
For the service work, the team did a good a job and I managed to get my deposit back.
Overall ServiceMarket offers a great service and a large choice of service providers to get quotes from. I would strongly recommend to anyone and look to do business again (next item planned: my car insurance).response / report this review -
