Best quality of service in facials, and LPG, and vela shape. Was a little spectacle in the beginning about the actual results. But the owner and staff were very friendly in explaining the process and I saw results after the first two sessions. Extremely clean, and high end machines. Best medical clinic in Dubai hands down.

I have visited Serenity Clinic because of some skin concern that I had, After went through skin analyzing procedure , I've been advised to do a hydrafacial. It was first time that I did Hydra Facial, The glow on my face was unbelievable, Staff are so professional and environment is so friendly, I definitely recommend all my friends to go there. thank you serenity :)

Serenity staff was so amazing when I went to them for massage, and they were so nice with all the customers. I went to serenity everytime I want manicure and pedicure. They were all wonderful.

Just around the corner from the Dubai Marriott Harbor Hotel, this was a nice, comfortable, clean, professional spa to get a massage. They also offer manicure, pedicure and other services.

I bring my wife here and she really was satisfied with the staff. Her nails and hair done by amazing people. They even give us complimentary massage and a good discount. Will come back for sure.

I had a bad experience. If you want free services or cheap price in marina, you can go here. But as far as quality is concerned, I would never.
I had a hair mask . All the stylist did was, massage the lotion into my hair for a minute. Didn't even bother to brush the hair in small portions. Then the person kept changing. 2 people took turns to wash my hair. Why ? Because the manager of the place wanted hair extentions and needed 2 people to attend to her. Apparently there was a free foot massage and a lady came to do it for me. But again the manager decided to change the person doing it because she wanted the lady to do it for someone else. Now I spent more than an hour on the mask.
Then a third person who I am not even sure was on the hair department came to wash my hair. Finally they came to washing my hair and asked if I wanted a blow dry. I said yes because at most of the places , the blow dry is included in the hair mask. And obviously you wouldn't expect it to be extra in a place that is offering free foot massages. I asked the hair stylist to put heat protection for the blow dry but he refused and the dryer kept breaking but he wouldn't change it. Ultimately my hair was burning but he said it's okay. Great. So I got charged a lot of money for a sub par service. (in fact poor service). I have no idea why this place is rated good, but I am giving my feedback so that others can make an informed choice.

I work a few month on this beauty salon.. awfull boss awfull company.. dont pay extra times and always make problem.. that was most awfull months on my career.. somebody need complain this salon to uae goverment because there is a lot of unlegal worker
