  I am a regular customer at the Sisters Lounge branch at The Village in Jumeirah and usually enjoy visiting the friendly and accommodating waxing lady named Lilly. However, during my previous visit, I felt the reception staff to be extremely rude by pressuring me to purchase one of their products despite my being explicit in having changed my mind. Customer service goes a long way but if you respect your clients, especially your regulars, I reckon your business would be a lot more successful.

  Not really good hair cut .. almost trim .. and my hair still having same problem unblanced and no blending .. and paid for full cut ..over priced and so Materialistic.. they sold me type of shampoo and conditioner not really works well on my hair

  Very nice salon and staff, I could not fault my hair cut and colour, however I got a real shock at the price!!! I think 1100 dirhams is extreme, not matter how much money you have. Sadly this is normal charging for Dubai. Why does root colour and highlights cost so much?
