Service from the nail techs and massage therapist are really fantastic and very touched with their service. However, the Filipino reception If I am not mistaken her name is Mayeth. She was disgusting, not friendly at all, didn't even ask how was the service went through and you wouldn't feel welcome by her when you arrive at the salon. When I went there she even didn't give me an official receipt to know the breakdown of what I had, just wondering if really you don't issue receipts to your clients? I even forgot that I didn't had my eyebrow threading' done when I realized when I left the salon hence she charged me. Due to my tight schedule and irritated welcomed by that lady i didn't bother myself to go back again to tell her and to get my money or service back. It's just small amount but nevertheless no matter how much it is always remember how the "TOUCH POINTS" starts from the warm welcome (reception) will be main part also for the first and last impression to get the returned guest. Because of her will never go back again. Attitude always counts no matter how great your skill does.

I went to the salon to get a shape, buff and shine manicure which was for 30dhs, while the lady was doing my nails she cut my skin and it started bleeding but I didn't make a big deal out of it because mistakes happen even though it hurt a lot. After my nails were done and I went to pay she said it was for 40dhs and then after 1 minute she says no its for 70dhs because she cleaned your nails and I was so mad at them but I still payed 70dhs. When I got home i was taking a flash pic of nails and in the picture you could see that she didn't put in on properly and that there were bubbles in the polish, I am so frustrated by there service! I'm going back tomorrow to tell her to fix my nails!!

I give 2 star for the poor facility but i give 5 stars for the amazing employees so that together brings it to 3 star but all credit to the employees.I started coming here from june 2017. I really love the ladies and they are a lovely bunch of ladies together. I am only very sad that they are working amazingly long hours on very poorly “furniture” and already for a few month a lot of things are not working..the sink..the ladies need to carry buckets with water to fill the sinks for the pedicure..for drying the feet..the blowdryer in the closets are all not working. There is also no dryer available for the handnails which should be much nicer then using a cushion instead. The girls sit on very small benches with no restback which is very painfull which is extremely bad and tiring for their backs. Also the seats for the customers are not comftable. I heard in july that the place would be closed after the summer for refurnishing but nothing happened till now and i see it becomes worse and worse. I love the ladies who work there but please management it’s time to appreciate what you have and take care of it!!! Before you will loose serious clients and employees that will look for better working conditions and they are right!! So please appreciate what you have because i am sure that most of clients will stay because of the ladies do such a great job! Please take action management!!

It is the best place for manicure and pedicure in Silicon Oasis by far! The crew is so friendly and cheerful all the time. However, they need to reconsider their price list since it is almost same with the named places in downtown or marina. Beside, there is no promo or loyalty card for the regular customers.

They do a good job, but you have to be careful they try to make money. all ladies working there barely understand english there. I went there 3 times and twice i faced the same problem with all different ladies. I asked for different pedicure and manicure and they did different. 1st time i ask for regular pedicure and they did spa one. 2nd time when i went i asked and showed them on brochure wat i want still they did wrong one. I felt WoW! They just dnt understand english plus they cnt read either. I end up paying 350 aed and the service i asked for was of 225 aed.
And another thing if u pedicure manicure appt for 7pm or later. They will do a quick job and NOT A GOOD JOB. I had appt. At 7:30ish tat lady was complaining so much. Half of the time they all talk in philipin some time it feels they are making fun of u.
I Wont be going back there. And i wont recommend this place to anyone.response / report this review -

I love how friendly the staff is at this place. I feel welcome here. They treat every client like a queen. It feels great to visit this place. I would have given more stars if it was possible.

Love this place the ladies are so nice, and thorough. I tend to get ingrown toe nails and I was shocked the first time I came here I didn't even have to tell the lady she fixed me right up saving me a trip to the doctor. I used to drive from Silicon all the way to beauty connection. Never again.

Not very good experience employees are talking and not working properly not relaxing at all, I went for mani pedi, the lady was not even looking on what she was doing, very loud environment
