Quiet place with a good view of the beach. Excellent service especially with Nitish - very accommodating and hospitable 👏👏👏

Perfect restaurant! The service is 5star. The 24 karat gold on the coffee and apple juice taste awsome!

    Coffee 60 Dirham
    Apple Juice 120 Dirham

Service was excellent and Marianette always comes around with a smile. And the ambiance! What can I say? It was the best we've experienced in our 3-day visit of Dubai.

Had an extremely unpleasant time dining at this restaurant yesterday. Despite me telling the staff from the time I made the reservation to me getting there and informing two different service staff at the restaurant that I was allergic to red meat, I was still served red meat without even letting me know.

After serving me a dish that I was allergic to and making me lose my appetite, I was still charged the full amount. I'm astonished at the service definitely not up to even a 3 star hotel service standards if they can serve their customer a dish that they are allergic to. Shocking that they are in prestigious Burj Al Arab which is supposed to be the world's most iconic hotel. Very disappointing.

Sahn Eddar 'restaurant' - Pretty bad! You are treated like a second class citizen - it is no restaurant - you are seated in the open lobby - and you can't go anywhere on the property. It is straight to the lobby from the main entrance - poor quality and overpriced food - no views whatsoever - and then you are out the same way. To add to the insult, they determine the rate of exchange (from US$ to dirham) which is much less than the market rate - and you are not told that until your card is swiped and you read the receipt which says the card issuer (Mastercard) cannot determine the rate. What a rip off! Do not get sucked into the scam. The whole place is almost 20 years old and looks very much run down - it does not feel like a luxury hotel at all.

It is a wonderful time to spend talking about different things in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Their afternoon tea is one of the best. If you're going for indulging yourself for a luxurious day, you should definitely go their. Also, the variety that they offer in their menu sure suits everyone.

Enjoyed the afternoon tea here. Great service. Ice sandwiches and mulled wine. The pianist and water feature was a nice touch.
