The tour agency is the worst and I recommend all of you not to choose this agency no proper management for anything and so bad timings dont obey customers orders after taking premium fees also they are just called royal Arabian tours but there are nothing . They ruined most of your days and when we asked them to send a driver at a particular time they dont and they send the driver at their leisure time . Which is not at all acceptable . The services are worst.

We had 7 days of touring package with them. Out of that, they completely ruined our 2 days, just because of their internal communication mistakes.
First incident was, due to extreme rush and long queues, we got delayed to reach back at pick point after Burj Khalifa visit. The rush could have been anticipated. But, no. They denied a cab to us at late night of 11:30 in unknown city. They simply said sorry, that you missed the pick up time. After a lot of quarreling, they provided alternative cab.
Second incident was, they dropped us 2.5 hrs late at Ferrari world. We reached there at 3pm. Complete loss of our precious time. We had to skip our lunch to be part of the famous ride. Lunch skipped, every other ride skipped just because Ferrari world closes at 7 pm and they dropped us at 3 pm.
I'm burning inside while writing this.
Such mistakes can't be compensated. Complete loss of fun, excitement and everything that Dubai travel was meant for.
They are not all bad. They are 80% good. But those 20% of mismanagement is enough to ruin your trip.response / report this review -

My friend suggested them as a tour agent via his travel company.I had been to Dubai via a customised holiday for 7days and being managed by Royal Arabian to celebrate 80th birthday and 30th anniversary.After reading few negative reviews on trip advisor was little skeptical. But all those reviews turned out to be false, the entire trip turned out to be fantastic, well managed and excellent customer service. They were never late for any tour stuck to schedule be it group or customised, suggested the best way to visit any place with all secret tips. Their customer care service was fantastic too, constantly being updated on whats app. Prompt response for call back. I strongly recommend them as a tour company.

Royal Arabian has made our trip into a memorable one.. Their hotel selection , transit from / to airport, transport etc etc was really wonderful All were punctual There were no flaws Guides were very good.

My family has never traveled internationally in their lives and even in domestic visits they have by and large made their own particular schedule and coordination. This year my family went to Dubai for a week. It was clear from the start that they would require a program assistant to enable them to make an outing of a lifetime. Luckily, once we were in contact with our tour organizer we knew we were in superb hands. We never at any point spoke with Royal Arabian before our journey, it was our tour organizer who for the most part manages them. (Memory makers, Surat; Gujarat).
From the accelerating rush, you get with the driving up and down in the dunes in a 4 X 4, excellence of Palm Jumeirah and to have a genuine middle eastern BBQ in the middle of the dessert everything was amazing. The synchronization’s of my family's trip was faultless: agents met and dropped them off at air terminals. In spite of the fact that a few drivers were somewhat impolite, yet they were responsible for their prevalent. The best experience my family had was the point at which they went for shopping. Soon after 15 mins of chose leave-requiring significant time driver declined to hold up additional so my dad needed to contact our assigned visit administrator of Royal Arabian. They by one means or another persuaded him to pause. What's more, think about what My mother took 2 hours additional than the chosen time. Over that they were not by any means charged additionally at all, however, parking in UAE is super costly. This was a long way past my dad's desire. My family was searching for an ordeal that would give them a lifetime experience and Royal Arabian recently conveyed that.
It has been extraordinary to connect with Royal Arabian and we look forward to managing with them soon.response / report this review -

I went on Desert Safari with Arabian Tours on 19th Jan 2018 and it was the worst experience. Staff was extremely rude and some of them were actually shouting at the guests. I want to mention the guy from Sand Art counter , who claimed to be from Abu Dhabi , was the worst worst example of hospitality when I pointed out that he is actually writing names with ink and not with the sand he started fighting with me and he was behaving like goon to take 40 dirhams from me. Just want to tell him that he got money from my Zakat (Charity ) account. I work in Hyatt Front Office and interact with thousands of tourists daily and I will highly not recommend them to use any service from Royal Arabian Tours.
Extremely poor unprofessional and rude staff and the most tasteless food one can ever have.
Just waste of money and time I wish I could rate negative 5 but sadly 1 is the lowest.response / report this review -

MOST WORST ORGANISED TOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN DUBAI TOTALLY RUIN OUR FAMILY VACATION THIS TIMERECOMMENDS NOT TO BOOK THROUGH THEM AT LEAST FOR CUSTOMISED TOUR
I have booked through VOYAGERS CLUB TOURS & TRAVELS KOLKATA, INDIA and they have booked through this local tour provider ROYAL ARABIAN i hv travels many corners of world but never expected and got such worst hospitality from ROYAL ARABIAN
what kind of tour arrangement has been organised from royal Arabian I don't understand I feel very much annoyed & disheartened & extremely disappointed from the service I got from them, I don't know about the communication between them & voyagers through which I booked my tour but this worst experience make me think twice before I plan up for my next tour.response / report this review -

One of the worst service providers in the world, I never had time to give reviews but the way the ruin the trip of entire crew travelling with them. I have to find them and let people know. Never to go for any booking with these people. They have extremely bad organised management. Worst services I ever had. Not sure if all the reviews below were fake. I talked with 15 people travelling with them and found them all suffering with the same trauma that my family was going though. Please make sure you should not select them..

Don’t waste your money booking with them they are least bothered about your time & money. Worst experience the company doesn’t have any customer service. You book a tour to save your time & energy from managing & arranging all your travel but with this company you will end up harassing you beyond imagination. We were a group of 8 pax & had come across such a sequence of things that we end up writing this review just the second day of our trip out of total 6 days we are here. To start with we had a vehicle for 4 pax coming to pick 8 of us. Having wasted a good one hour we headed to IMG that was were we were supposed to go but the driver ended up taking us to miracle gardens & then realised this mistake so another 30 minutes wasted. Then company will shy in sharing their contact details which itself gives an indication about their customer service. Anyways we had a pickup scheduled for 5:00 pm but nobody turned up so we call the agency(every time you will have to explain you situation to a different person)so we had to call a good 20-25 times to explain our situation. The response over the phone is hopeless. We wasted good one hour over the phone chasing for our pick up arrangement. The agency doesn’t really bother to provide service to customer. If the car doesn’t turn up they won’t even compensate you on the taxi fare & wont bluntly say we can’t help it. You will reach late at all your scheduled arrangements & then they will push you to leave early. We are not here to play touch & go. If you want to enjoy your trip, better book by yourself as anyways you will end up wasting more time connecting with them & then you don’t want to pay them in Advance & be on their mercy.

WORST DESTINATION MANAGMENT COMPANY THAT WE HAVE COME ACROSS. DONT USE THESE IF YOU HAVE MADE FURTHER PLANS FOR THE DAY.
Came to dubai with a group of 8 for a New Year holidays just to waste time on pickup and dropoffs. 1st day for desert safari we were held for 2 hours in between the van ride and the dinner camp and than were forcibly rushed thru dinner.
2nd day waiting for the transportation from IMG to our hotel for an hour with no feeling of regret on being late.
3rd day transfer from Oberoi hotel dubai to Abu Dhabi ferrari world. Scheduled pickup at 8.30, came at 9.15 only to be dropped at another big bus location and than wait for another hour for there other passengers. The irony is, it's not the guests who made them wait, it's there greed and mismanagement which led to wastage of time of some 35 odd persons who all were outraged at this.
It's a shame that instead of being in the fantastic rides at ferrari world where even 1 whole day is not enough, we spent half the time in the transport.
Shame on the owners and responsible officials of this company.response / report this review -

They were able to manage all our bookings properly and ensure we did not miss anything. But, the tour guide, Mohammad, was extremely annoying and we were waiting for him to leave!!!!

My experience with the staff of the company is terrible . The staff especially the Manager and Mr Vimal is arrogant . They do not have the basic courtesy . Overall very terrible experience.
