Not a great experience. They gave us seating in the lower deck which is useless and waste of money. On asking them how they allocated us the lower deck, they had no response. Unfortunately we could feel it was clearly racial profiling. On repeatedly talking to them of our discomfort, they finally agreed to move us to upper deck. There were other folks as well who had Sam end issues. Food and service was average. Very crowded deck so getting to food takes time depending MG upon where you are seated. I have done Marina cruise before as well and remember the experience was amazing but this one was very average and not worth the money. Will definitely not do this again.

a very nice experience, good (but mostly cold) food, because it's a buffet - great views of the dubai skyline, live music, we really enjoyed this 2 hour journey

It was a good experience touring with Xclusive Dhow cruise. Luckily we got the upper deck with corner seat, so able to enjoy the beauty of Dubai😍😍. Tables were pre allocated and only way to exchange it is , if the other family is absent . Continous music and guitar was playing, singing songs of all countries. Food is quite okayish.

My wife and I attended the Xclusive sunset cruise on our 3 day in Dubai and what an experience. We enjoyed a buffet meal and went back for seconds and even thirds. We were on the top deck and on the side so we had beautiful views. We later enjoyed the dance floor and DJ even played a few afrobeat songs which made my wife very happy.

Good experience due to cruise and all but menu was very limited and leaves much to be desired. Scheduled timings were not followed. Staff was very helpful and courteous though.

Please please please DO NOT waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse for a 5* boat cruise. Everything is simply awful. From the long walk to the boat, the broken chairs and tables, the putrid juices and water they call soda's to the absolutely tasteless and disgusting food selection - this cruise screams STAY AWAY!
Oh, by the way, you also have to share a dirty towel with all users at the toilets.

Very nice boat, but the unbearable load music ruined our dinner. If someone wants to relax and have a good conversion, she/he shall book on the upper dock.

Where is 0 star button ?
Had a horrific experiance this evening. We have booked the service online got payment confirmation too (no.030007612363). When we reached there they say they cant see the booking and didnt board us. They whole evening was spoiled. We had to wait at the entrance for 45 mnts in that heat (with 2 small kids) and got insulted infront of other people ..
Think twice before booking online/using service of this company's. They are looters.

Xclusive yachts are the best and most professional company here! The service on board is absolutely amazing and the staff cannot do enought for you. They ensure throughout the whole day that you have the best time ever. Thanks for the great day out!

The most beautiful boat on the marina, with some excellent food from the 'The Address' hotel. I went with my family with 2 kids in tow and the staff were very friendly & accommodate all our requests. Really good variety on the buffet, my wife is a veggie & the kids loved the pasta station! Booking is very easy & you are welcomed like royal with a red carpet - Excellent Xclusive will visit again soon.

I took my husband on surprise Dinner Cruise and booked through Xclusive Yachts and my god what a great time we both had! the food the staff and the crew were all so friendly and so professional! With the food there was so many options and it was 100% 5 star food and 5 star Service! Anyone that may want to treat their wife or husband to something romantic then please take this option! I would this all over again!
