  Nice location, but rooms are too small, poor service, management is very bad, we were waited for 2 hrs to get our room, i will not recommend thus hotel to anyone.

  Nice location , but very bad managing specially for people whom they have All in exclusive offer , check out is 12 pm and check in 3 pm , and you are not able to eat lunch , also if u wana eat sth , more than 50 AED you have to pay for additional .
  I don't like the rooms .
  I have been in Rixos with the same offer , and they have a best food and service , and no additional charges .

  Nice view. However apartments with more than 2 bedrooms do not really have a nice view as stated by the Hamra Palace Hotel staff. The balcony was really dirty (it had ants and leftovers) although the apartment was clean. It is said that it's a 5 star hotel but i wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. The price was a bit high for RAK hotels. The breakfast buffet was not bad, however the choices are few and the quality of food was 3/5. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was nice and it had a microwave, toaster, and water boiler. Also a fridge. One of the rooms had a bad AC. But the other rooms were perfect. WIFI IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE ROOM
