I bought LIV riding gloves. Literally after the first ride they fall apart. Just so bad. The customer service also was bad. Never again.
Update: I went to the shop to give back the gloves and the manger was very kind and apologetic. He did exchange the gloves for me without a question.
It's not his fault about the quality of the gloves, that's for sure.

Amazing shop. Super friendly staff and would highly recommend it as the best bike shop in the city.
I had some upgrades on my bike and had a sizing done. The ride is so much smoother now. Staff member named Zulfi was super helpful and knowledgeable. The owner is a super nice guy too.

Went in to purchase new rubber handles for my daughter's bike 40aed.
He then charges me 50aed as a "labour" charge for simply adjusting the handle bars and lifting the bike seat!
None of which was put forward to me.
It's not the price of labor that bothers me, it's the principle! He could have just said by the way we charge for a simple seat adjustment and handle bar adjustment.
Then the guy is rude by saying "what do you think it's free"?
I'd rather spend my money elsewhere from now on.response / report this review -

EXTREMELY friendly staff. Ian and his team are there to help me no matter what issue i have. From replacing parts and servicing bikes to asking about suspension settings and any other question i have. Highly recommended bought my last two bikes from them.

Brake cable crushed, front wheel spoke damaged and general service required. Bike was with Ride for 1 week with collection and drop off (spare parts unavailable). Bike returned very clean however parts claimed to be changed unchanged, front brake hose unchanged, still crushed and leaking oil and i'm 404 AED down!!! Ordered parts on Amazon, Aramex shop and ship and I will do it myself!

My worst customer experience ever at a retail shop. Staff member "serving" me was rude and objectionable and appeared to take pleasure in ensuring I had the worst possible experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to any of the numerous bike shops in Dubai. Less than one star.

Purchased a 26inch Liv - the service we received was excellent - we felt that the advice given was in our best interest long term - after a week of use we can see that it was a great choice. They took time to allow us to test different bikes and adjust them to suit - unhurried. There was real passion in the salesman. The shop itself is cramped (compared with other shops of the same which seemed better laid out) and the choice seems limited - we couldn't tell if they were waiting on more stock - but we would have bought two bikes possibly three unfortunately there just wasn't other 26inch bikes (for my wife) or 24inch bikes for my son. I could see that people were coming in but there just weren't enough staff to look after them so I can see the frustration. The passion is there - just needs better resourcing and layout.

The guys are very helpful and give honest advice. Give them a call first to see if they can fix your problem while you pop to nearby mall for a coffee Fair and transparent pricing in place.
