Arrived at the airport and went to the wrong location initially. Kin was very helpful and made sure my rental car was brought to me instead of me having to take a taxi to the right location. The car was very clean and everything went smooth. Comparing the prices this company is definitely the better option

DALE has amazing customer service skills, spoken English is excellent & his full understanding of what was required took me 5 minutes literally from start to finish to book my car. I throughly recommend this company (especially for expats that are still on visit or tourist visa) car was delivered on time! 3pm, the guy that handed it over was also pleasant & efficient. Level of communication with this company is outstanding. I’m so impressed!! Thank you guys.

Rent a car at Dollar Car rental company was a particularly bad experience. After I returned the car, I was told that there was a ticket from the police station. I asked them for the original receipt from the police station, but they couldn't provide it. They only gave me an invoice from their company, saying that they had already paid the fine for me, and they also charged an extra 15% of the handling fee. I took the fine receipt number they gave me and went to the official website of the police station to check, but I couldn't find any record of the fine. I asked them why the company didn't notify me and went to pay for me directly, and also forced a 15% handling fee. Why do you do this? Is this behavior legal in Dubai? Their employees don't answer at all. I hope the person in charge of Dollar Car Rental company can contact me after seeing my review. I have now reported this incident to the relevant authorities in Dubai.

The car I booked arrived in about an hour or so. Their agents and drivers were friendly. Fortunately, I was handed over an almost new Kia Pegas which had all the features I need for my daily use. I am still using the car so it is too soon to write a complete review however, I must say that they are doing a good job through this pandemic by providing sanitized cars which means that safety is important for them.

I am taking out the time to write about them as it is rare to find car rental portal which allows you to select the best company according to your choice. They gave me a choice to select from Thrifty, Dollar, Budget and a few more global names which are all well known companies

No hidden charges. Very straight forward admin process on arrival. Despite the office location being a short drive from the airport, the provided instructions were easy to follow and quick to pick up. Easy re Turn process. Overall very good !

Pick up and dropping of car was extremely efficient and straightforward. Took the maximum CDW for the Hyundai Accent and was happy I did that as my windscreen had a crack whilst my road trip. Was also very honest as they were willing to..

Very easy to deal with and everything worked well and did what it said on the tin. The car was out the front and ready to drive away. Full insurance cover was simple to sort and covered all the expected things. Forms were quick to read and sign.
