I am bilingual speaking two different languages, When i spoke to the receptionist in English she thought i cant speak arabic and she said words that I fully understood, my call was transferred three times and none of them were able to assist me. Very sad

happened to visit the clinic on 26/10 with a diseased person. The attitude of the person at the reception made us feel like “being sick is a crime and sick people are purposely out there to spread disease.”
Shameful that wrong people are serving in such institutions. Similar behavior will definitely have bad impact on the patients.response / report this review -

مكان ممتاز و تعاملهم طيب
يستاهلون 5 نجوم
مشكلتهم الوحيده انه المواعيد دائما تكون بعد شهر لكن هذا الشيء موجود بكل العيادات و المستشفيات الحكوميه :(response / report this review
