Been 2 times in last month for 2 completely different issues. Excellent service and efficiency on both visits. Happy to have such a good clinic close by.

Very disappointing level of service. Visited the center for an annual medical check up included in my health insurance coverage. The clinic was packed and chaotic and when I finished the tests I was told I will receive a phone call for the results. A week later I never got that phone call. I contacted the the Prime Medical Center call center twice asking for test results and was told the clinic will call me back, again never got a phone call. I am still awaiting the test results and it looks like I would have to visit the center for the results. I didn’t sense any level of professionalism from the staff either, I would really recommend avoiding this center if you can.

Dr. Mahmoud is a very poor doctor. Shows no real interest in his my friend. One of the poorest exams I have ever seen. The staff could not even check him in properly. Management and reception. Except one receptionist that seemed to have knowledge. Six different answers form different people! Then they all changed there minds. Had to get frustrated and demand yes and no answers. Then they could not even answers those!!!! Finally they figured it out and wrote the information down for me after demanding it. "Micky Mouse" operation. Then having to ask several time for the Dr. Card who sorry!!!! Would never recommend anyone go to this clinic! Finally left and will take my friend to my Dr. at Medcare. Now lets see what happens to get the test done and get the results that they recommended!!!! Might be part 2.

Appoitments timing are not respected and when you confront them
They blame you and go in defensive mode in a rude matter.. if you're wrong Admit it ok?

Worst clinic ever never experianced such attitude from staff..

I used to visit that branch whenever I need a medical advise. Even any one one of family members. They have very professional Doctors. And the stuff are helpful and cooperative.
Also they are very organized and accurate in the appointments.

the worst experience of my life if i hadn't paid for my blood test already i wouldn't go back i have never been treated so badly in my life from not booking the appointment to not taking a complain from staff yelling at me in public honestly. to labs not knowing if you should be fasting for a blood test to nurses telling you wrong blood report NIGHTMARE

The slowest service you can ever get EVER! Make sure you have got at least 2 hours to spare. Don't expect less than that.

Timings are horroble, many times we had appointment and have to wait more than half an hour without any reasonable explanation. Reception staff are rude and management just do not care about complaints.
