The front office receptionists and the cashiers are too damn slow. Taking minimum 15 mins of time to finish it for one patient. Emergency patient also needs to wait till they finish their formalities. Too much of paper work, scanning, printing multiple copies, writing and in between one or the other guy comes and asks them to rectify this on the file. Have to wait ages for to connect and speak with customer care person and from there again have to wait decades for reconnecting us to the concerned clinic and to speak.

The doctor was really good. He treated me well. But if you need to get connected to the respective clinic, we need to wait for decades. Such a ridiculous telephonic response. Any time they say that they'll get back to you, nothing of that sort happened. Just false promises.

Only if there was a negative star would have given that.
I was in immense pain and the nearest Aster clinic I had was Shj Nahda. I requested if I can see any GP on an emergency basis as I was in pain in my Vagina which he didn't even listen to and directly told me I have 4 patients ahead of you and I won't take anyone after 11 am you come in the evening.
Which doctor says that??? I was ready to wait. I understand they close and I wouldn't have taken much time.
Really really disappointed!! I am regular Aster visitor and always recommend Aster docs to all.
But for Shj Nahda branch I will never.
Aster please work better on your customer service.

1st of all Wow! They accepted me very fast. Next good thing was the Nurse who assisted me from the beginning up to the end. And even the cashier who smiled at me when it was my turn to pay which is a very positive thing and made me more at home. And finally the Doctor Mr Abdaeli. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. And lastly I was surprise to have a lot of staff in Pharmacy which makes everything fast. Of course I hope that I won’t come back hehe cause I dont wanna get sick anymore but for everyone. This is the best clinic of all Aster that I have been. Keep it up!

I didn't feel the usual pressure of visiting a doctor. Everything was easy and friendly. That's how you should feel in a hospital. I must thank the staff who were patient and supportive of me. I had to wait a little while for the approvals and paper works but I assume that's part of the process especially when you are under Insurance coverage.

Very professional and friendly staff. Commendable Healthcare service. I'm very happy this Clinic. I had to wait a bit longer for the insurance approval for my blood tests, but that was understandably a normal process. The doctor was very efficient and pleasant and I never felt like I was in a hospital. Sometimes if you give enough time and understanding, you will get the best results out of everything. I was asked to give a honest review, if I was happy and I thought why not?

By far this is one of the best Clinics I've ever been to in UAE. I travel around a lot and I had to visit this Clinic for my regular check ups and tests and it was a verypleasant experience for me. First off, the front office staff were really nice and helpful and the medical support was very satisfying too. I see pissed off people writing bad reviews and giving poor ratings, but probably it was a one off experience for them. Thanks to Aster team.

Had visited Aster in Al Nahda,Sharjah last week. Even though it was a busy time and there was a shortage of staff, the attitude of the staff was most respectful & prompt. Quick & efficient service by both the doctor and the staff ensured that I did not have to wait a long time.

For a medical check up only, right now ive been sitting for 1hr 20min and still waiting for "my turn" the only thing i see doctors doing is pull a patient in every 20min to check their blood pressure and let them sit outside. Imagine it was something bigger than just a checkup would need to get a bed and tv. Very poor time management

Realy very bad experience for the last 10 days I'm trying to get my GP report to follow up with my doctor in king Faisal clinic and due no general doctors availability I had to change my appointment 2 times , this unacceptable at all and you lose your patients .
