I had a great experience here. Staff is very attentive knowledgable and very friendly. Everyone is doing their best to meet the patients needs. Dr. Kyrillos really took his time to listen to all my complaints he is very caring and very insightful. Nurse Merin is also amazing, its so obvious that she is working from the heart. God bless nurse Merin. Thank you Prime medical center for providing such a good service to the community .

Great staff. Set of doctors are very effective and reliable. Had a physiotherapy sessions with Dr Geetangali which was very effective, customers oriented and helpful in elliminating the back pain. Always a preferrred clinic .

Would like to review Dr Vaishali Mehta (ENT) at Jumeirah Clinic.
Had a very good experience with her for more than a year throughout my wife's and my treatment for our ENT problems. She is very patient, calm and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to ensure that we were at ease during all our consultations and procedures and was also available outside clinic hours on her phone for any advice. One of the best doctors we have met during our 17 years stay in Dubai. We would highly recommend her.

Without doubt, Dr. Aysha Shameena is the best doctor that I have met in my life so far. Her pleasing personality and kind words make you extra comfortable during your pregnancy. She goes up and beyond to make her patients comfortable and specially to make sure both mother and baby is in safety. She take her time and explain things very clearly in a way that average patient could understand. Regardless of the time of the day, she is available on the phone if a patient need to know anything. In fact she encourages her patients to call her immediately even if a patient has a small doubt on anything. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Dr. Aysha for her immense support that she gave me during my pregnancy. Thank you doctor for protecting me and my baby. Also, I would like to thank sister Chithra who gives massive support to Dr. Aysha. Sister Chithra is a very efficient nurse who helps patient very well. Also, I would like to thank Dr. Mohamed Riyaz (Radiologist) who fully support Dr. Aysha when it comes to ultrasound scans. Excellent doctor we really like her Dr Amla.

However the admin services is really bad.

First of all they don’t give appointments says first come first serve which is fine and then you keep on arguing and relentlessly following up the staff.

Honestly if you need to meet doctor here you need half a day out of work.

If this was not for the doctor I would never step in. No clinic in Dubai does that .

Can you please explain what is the utmost need to do this can’t it be more more patient friendly and at the same time respect and consider the time of the patients.

Please re look into your policy we love the doctor and services but not your processes and polices.

Doctor Ayesha, A compassionate and personable doctor who will go above & beyond to ensure you are doing well.
She is the best gynecologist you will ever have.
This great doctor made my first pregnancy a memorable one. She will actually listen to your concerns, explain anything you don't quite understand or need clarity on and really make you feel comfortable and cared for. She is very friendly & easy to talk too.
She has always been reassuring, calm and gentle each visit. I could never thank both her and her staff enough.

and other staff were very kind and give their complete attention until patient is satisfied with treatment. highly recommended.had a more than 6 month old gum problem due to earlier dental procedure and given only option to extraction..Dr Sajjad worked on it in few sessions and saved fr9m the extraction.many thanks

Service was really good. The ultrasound was taken by mohamed Riag he is really good and takes the time to see everything very clear. Also doctor Aysha Shameena was really kind and good. Very fast service and the nurses are really kind.

Prime Medical Centre at Jumeirah is the best medical centre for me. All the staff are very polite, accommodating and attentive. I was treated by Dr. Aysha Shameena, Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology.

She is fully focused on providing the best possible care. Dr. Shameena ensures that every aspect of my medical condition are checked and all your questions answered.

went for my wife`s Pregnancy follow up check up and took whole bunch of tests . it was May 8th . already 20 days no one dares to call and advise the results etc. No follow up calls. . Absolutely shameful attitude.

It used to be much better, now till u are done they dont tell u that the doc is a visiting or in-house and if he is visiting then the nurse will tell u go somewhere in deira to see him again. Unacceptable. I can't travel all the way there. I have limited time and need to make the most of it. Used to be better before
