  Great service and advice quick assistance took 20 min from time of my appointment Janne and her colleagues are brilliant!Do all forms online then print and follow check list it’s easy o and bring cash no card payments

  By far the worst experience with any consulate entity.
  They don't respond to emails, they don't reveal their names on the phone, they claim that they have far too much work to do and therefore can not waste time talking to customers on the phone. I'm assuming customer service training is definitely something they don't provide or look for when hiring.
  
  When applying for a Schengen visa you should definitely try another embassy, because this one can't even issue the right one. My husband was issued a single entry despite requesting a multiple entry and providing an itinerary showing the countries we were supposed to visit.

  Worst experience of my life ..never recommend anyone invest in Poland i lose my investment ..hired 4 polish employee paid almost 50000 zhoty Taxes even i fulfill all their requirement.even the issue you residence their but embassy will never give you visa to collect your card .so its wastage of time and money .Embassy lawyer in Poland will misguide you and then you will be big trouble.you cannot appeal they will refuse .because of these things i lost so much money closing my business their ..worst listen of my life .

  Don't waste your time and money .Even you are applying for business visa they know everyone is going for residence card for all .so they refuse 90% application .they will not give you reason .

  Tragic and sad place. Full of Hyperbureaucracy and totally not helpful personel. Unrealistic working hours and appointments timing (middle of the day usually). Despite having fixed appointment hour, every visit took at least 40 mins of extra waiting. As I write, there are two people 'working' with one handling all the matters and second sitting absolutely IDLE for 1h. No sense of respect for people time. Try to avoid at any cost!!

  really unprofessional staff ,they donot guide you if you need any information .bad behavior with nepal pakistan indian bangladish even if you have work permit or positive decision for TRP card even you are investor ,i talk to almost 10 person they refuse them 4 time even all documents are complete ..
  even you have everything but they will refuse you poland they donot welcome other national
  i waste my a lot of money and time apply there .but even document complete they will refuse you and never recommend appeal it will always refuse ..donot waste you time and money
